It's almost getting a bit annoying to point at Humble Bundle recently but they just won't stop releasing awesome Bundles. This time there is a free premium game to get called: The Spookening. The weelky mobile bundle comes around with another 2 premium games that are worth the (yet) $3 average price: Five Nights At Freddy's and The Walking Dead: Assault. New Awesome Humble Mobile Bundle for Android

For the most readers the Humble Bundle site is an old hat. For those who are new to the principals of Humble Bundle. Long story short: They sell more or less old (but also brand new) games in bundles. The gag: You can pay what you want. You will have to pay an average amount to get certain extra goodies or very new games though. There are bundles for Windows (Steam), Linux, Android and other. There are also eBook bundles and several other special events going on.

How to record the screen, apps and games direct on your device

Have you ever wanted to show something that was going on on your screen to someone else? But then you realized that a single picture wouldn't be enough to explain the point? That might be the moment when you start looking for apps on the Play Market and start to read about screen recording on the web.

Unfortunatly you might come the same conclusion that most others who did reserach came to: There is only one tool that is known to fullfill this job: Screencast. All other apps I tested (and apparently others too) were insufficent (screenrecorder,... eG). Low frame rates, bad quality and other annoying "features". Unfortunatly Screencast only works on NON-TEGRA devices (even though there are workarounds - maybe the new GLTools might help too). How ever. Since KitKat 4.4 Android has a build in screen caputring API (to read about on AndroidCentral). There are some ways how to take advantage of this new feature. But as far as I saw it, it's for now a stock feature for Nexus eG that is broken on most ROMs. But you could give it a try...

Android 4.5 oder Android 5? The ART of competition

For quite some time there are evidences that Intel will come out with the first real Bailtrail 64Bit processor. This might take the Windows 8.1 tablets to a new level of performance. It's not wondrous that Google is having his own strategy to keep track. As we can see in the KitKat releases there have already been some preparations for the upcoming versions.

Android 4.4 KitKat / ROMs and the annoying Flash issue

HTML5 is on it's way to world domination and has no sense for old prcursors. So it's sadly but true: One of HTML5s victims is our beloved FLASH. Now the time has come where user firstly realize what it means, when big people stop supporting something, that was recently daily used.

As most users will have realized by now, there are some issues which are shared among most Android 4.4 KitKat Roms. The nasty flash annoyage!!!11 Most Apps / Browser or whatever based on the nativ flash support or a recently (not yet anymore) supported flash plugin get very mad and show craziest behaviour.

For now there hasen't been a really comfortable or native solution. So here is my one and the one that most Android 4.4 ROM users who got no flash support on theire ROM go for with by now:

I made some benchmarks to compare a befriendeds Iconia A501 to my TF101 with almost identical hardware. I tested some other circumstances like zRAM oN / oFF while doing so. I also did some overclocking and made some conclusions, marks and will share some opinions. Enjoy.

This are the results I already posted at the xda forums and also a video showing the TF101 overall performance:
